Growth Factors:

Growth factor is a naturally occurring substance. Growth factor is any protein that stimulates cellular growth, proliferation and cellular differentiation of specific types of cells. Growth factors typically act as signaling molecules between cells, are cytokines and hormones being able to bind to specific receptors on the surface of their target cells. They often promote cell differentiation and maturation, which varies between growth factors. Any natural protein that facilitates cell division and proliferation is produced by normal cells during embryonic development, tissue growth. Growth factors are important for regulating a variety of cellular processes.
Tissue Growth Factors: Tissue is a cellular organizational level intermediate between cells and a complete organism. Organs are formed by the functional grouping of multiple tissues. Tissues can be grouped into four basic types:

Connective tissues: gives shape to organs and holds them in place. It serves a "connecting" function, supports and binds other tissues
Muscle cells form the active contractile tissue of the body known as muscle tissue.
Nervous tissue: Cells comprising the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system are classified as neural tissue.
Epithelial tissue: The epithelial tissues are formed by cells that cover organ.
